My Red Hat Store Shipping Terms

SHIPPING TERMS: At this time, My Red Hat Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We use the USPS for shipping. We try to get your order to you in 1 week. International locations could take as long as 2 weeks depending on the shipping method you choose. Allow 3 days to process order if order is received by noon on our regular business days. Usual shipping is Monday, Wednesday, Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Most Christy Creation Hats are made at order time and may take 4 or more days after processing to ship and some are shipped in individual boxes. Shipping and a $1.00 handling charge ($2.00 international) on all orders covers the services and convenience of ordering and receiving home delivery and include expenses incurred with processing your order by customer service, processing, packaging and shipping by our distribution department and all other support functions that may be associated with these conveniences. Priority, First Class and Standard Post refers to the shipping method after it is picked up from our warehouse by USPS. The date it is picked up is referenced on the tracking information e-mailed to the customer by our shipper. It does not refer to the method in which your order is processed. Your order is processed in the order it is received. 

RETURN POLICY: Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt and will be exchanged with like merchandise if damaged. We accept other returns within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for merchandise store credit only. Handcrafted and Christy Creation hats are made at the time of order and are not returnable. Special priced items and sale items are not returnable. Before returning any item, please contact us by phone or e-mail for important information to make your return successful. (810-223-5842) Please have available as much information about the order as possible such as invoice number, name and phone number and reason for return. Shipping is the responsibility of customer unless item has been damaged or error in the order has occurred on our part. We do not accept items shipped back COD.
